    Reservations

    In Core

Two tables of eight just didn’t show. Again?

A restaurant booking system on your own website that takes deposits on groups, reminds every guest twice and fills cancellations from the waitlist. No cover fees.

Included in Core at £399 a month, or £99 a month on top of Starter.

    What it does

What if the diary looked after itself?

    • Bookings on your own site

Guests book on your website, not a marketplace. Online, phone and walk-in bookings land in one diary.

      No cover fees, ever.

    • Deposits you set

A deposit or card hold through your own Stripe, by party size, service and day. A booking that looks risky can be asked for one too.

Big tables have a reason to turn up.

    • Reminders, twice

Every guest is reminded 24 hours before and again 2 hours before.

      Fewer empty seats at 8pm.

    • A waitlist and a floor plan

When a table drops out, the waitlist is there to fill it. Seat guests on a floor plan you draw yourself.

A cancellation stops being a lost table.

What is the per cover fee really costing you?

A booking site takes a fee on every cover, keeps the guest’s details and shows your diners the venue down the road. The no-shows still happen, and the diary by the phone never quite matches the one online.

    What it replaces

    • A booking platform that charges per cover
    • The paper diary by the phone
    • A separate waitlist app
A long table laid with glasses, cutlery and menus, waiting for its booking

Full tables on the nights that matter, and every guest stays yours.

    The honest answer

    “Won’t deposits put guests off?”

You decide when to ask: set the party size, the services and the days. A table for two on a Tuesday doesn’t need one. A table of twelve in December probably does. And if someone cancels, the waitlist is there to fill the table.

Bring last Saturday’s bookings. See them in Crumbs.
